Human Resources and Compensation Committee Certified Graduates

Congratulations to the graduates of The Directors College* Human Resources and Compensation Committee (HRCC) Program. These graduates have successfully completed the HRCC Program and rigorous individual exam, to be granted the privilege to use the official mark Human Resources and Compensation Committee Certified (H.R.C.C.C)*

The HRCC Program was developed and is delivered in partnership with the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA). This unique education program, tailored to the needs of both directors and senior corporate officers, provides insight into the role of the Board Compensation Committee. H.R.C.C.C. Graduates

Mr. Rick Miller, C.Dir.
Board Member, OMERS Administration Corporation


Rick Miller was appointed to the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System (OMERS) Board of Directors on November 1, 1997. He was the Chair of the Board in 2002 and a member of the Executive Committee from 2000 to 2003. He currently is Chair of the Investment Committee and also serves on several other committees of the Board including the Pension and Management Committees. Rick is a qualified Captain in the Windsor Fire Department. He has been a member of the Ontario Professional Fire Fighters Association Pension Committee since 1993 and served as Chairman. He has served on various committees in the Windsor Fire Department since 1984. Rick graduated from the University of Windsor with a certificate in Business Administration. He was the owner/operator of his company, Second Chance CPR, which provided instruction in CPR and First Aid. He is currently the President of several real estate development companies. Rick serves as a director on the Windsor City Centre Credit Union Board of Directors. He completed the Chartered Director (C.Dir.) designation through The Directors College, a program co-founded by McMaster University and the Conference Board of Canada, in 2004. Rick's hobbies include golfing and other volunteer activities.
