Canada’s Chartered Directors
The Directors College is pleased to present Canada’s Chartered Directors. The graduates listed below have completed The Chartered Director Program, an intensive individual examination, and have met the other requirements to become a Chartered Director (C.Dir.)
The Directors College and the Collège des administrateurs de sociétés (CAS) of Université Laval have a reciprocal agreement, whereby their respective designations – Chartered Director (C.Dir.) and Administrateur de sociétés certifié (ASC) are recognized as equivalent.

Chief Executive Officer, Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario (HRPAO)

Bill has over 30 years of leadership experience in Marketing, International Operations and Finance in a variety of industries including electronics, entertainment, publishing and business services. He joined HRPAO as CEO in early 2006,
His previous positions include Chief Operating Officer of Shredit Int. Inc.; President, Cinram International Inc.; CEO, Thomson Newspapers - Western Canada; President, Globe and Mail; and various line and staff positions in General Management, Operations, Marketing and Finance with Nortel Networks.
Bill holds a Masters degree from the London Business School, a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Southampton University, Certificates from Harvard Business School's Senior Executive Programs in both Manufacturing and Marketing and is a graduate of the The Aspen Institute Executive Leadership Program.
He is presently the Corporate Secretary of HRPAO, a Board Member of the Canadian Council for Human Resource Associations, a board memebrs of the Scarborough General Hospital and a Past Board Member of the Toronto Symphony, the Commonwealth Games Club, H.O.P.E.and the Canadian Association for the Preservation of Chinese Cultural Treasures
