Canada’s Chartered Directors
The Directors College is pleased to present Canada’s Chartered Directors. The graduates listed below have completed The Chartered Director Program, an intensive individual examination, and have met the other requirements to become a Chartered Director (C.Dir.)
The Directors College and the Collège des administrateurs de sociétés (CAS) of Université Laval have a reciprocal agreement, whereby their respective designations – Chartered Director (C.Dir.) and Administrateur de sociétés certifié (ASC) are recognized as equivalent.

Mr. Stephen Sorocky, C.Dir.
President and Chief Executive Officer, Exigent Innovations Inc.

Stephen Sorocky is President and Founder of Exigent Innovations Inc., a technology company development consultancy, currently engaged as President & CEO LxData Inc. He was President & CEO of Virtek Vision International Inc. (TSX:VRK), CEO and Director of Dynacon Inc. (2000-2007), Vice-President and General Manager, Space Robotics Division, Spar Aerospace Ltd. (1994-98), and Vice-President, Manufacturing Industry Division of Electronic Data Systems of Canada (1998-2000). He holds a Master of Business Administration ( McGill), Bachelor of Applied Science (Toronto), and is a Professional Engineer in Ontario. He is a Director of China Easy-Pay Inc. (TSXV), the Canadian Commercial Corporation, a Crown Corporation of the Government of Canada, and the Ontario Telemedicine Network. He was a member of the Board of Virtek Vision International Inc., a TSX listed company January-November 2008 and of privately held Dynacon Inc. 2000-2007.
