Canada’s Chartered Directors
The Directors College is pleased to present Canada’s Chartered Directors. The graduates listed below have completed The Chartered Director Program, an intensive individual examination, and have met the other requirements to become a Chartered Director (C.Dir.)
The Directors College and the Collège des administrateurs de sociétés (CAS) of Université Laval have a reciprocal agreement, whereby their respective designations – Chartered Director (C.Dir.) and Administrateur de sociétés certifié (ASC) are recognized as equivalent.

Mr. Harvey Naglie, C.Dir.
Chair, Altus Group Income Fund
Harvey Naglie is a businessman with almost 30 years of experience, most of which was gained in the Canadian financial services sector. He spent the first 10 years of his career at Wood Gundy (the predecessor company of CIBC World Markets Inc.) and the following 13 years at the BT Bank of Canada, a subsidiary of Bankers Trust Corporation. Mr. Naglie was the President of BT Bank of Canada from 1996 until 1999 when it was acquired by Deutsche Bank. Mr. Naglie was subsequently President of Financial Executives International of Canada and Vice President of Business Development at Mount Sinai Hospital. Mr. Naglie holds a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University, a Master of Economics from Johns Hopkins University, and a Master of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. Mr. Naglie currently sits on the board of directors of Charterhouse Preferred Share Index Corporation, Charterhouse PSI Investment Corporation, and Invesprint. Upon closing of the Altus Group Income Fund IPO, Mr. Naglie will become a Trustee of Altus Group Income Fund and a Director of Altus Group AG.
