Canada’s Chartered Directors
The Directors College is pleased to present Canada’s Chartered Directors. The graduates listed below have completed The Chartered Director Program, an intensive individual examination, and have met the other requirements to become a Chartered Director (C.Dir.)
The Directors College and the Collège des administrateurs de sociétés (CAS) of Université Laval have a reciprocal agreement, whereby their respective designations – Chartered Director (C.Dir.) and Administrateur de sociétés certifié (ASC) are recognized as equivalent.

Mr. Denis Perrault, C.Dir.

Denis Perrault is a University of Saskatchewan graduate with extensive experience in management and corporate financial affairs including audits.
His career as a Chartered Accountant and business professional has given him the opportunity to work throughout the city of Swift Current, the province of Saskatchewan, and four years in Bermuda. Through this experience, he has been able to be a part of many organizations through both audit and advisory roles and has gained significant business knowledge.
This has included working for not-for-profit organizations, rural municipalities, Aboriginal bands, small businesses, farms, and in Bermuda, publically traded companies. While in Bermuda, Mr. Perrault was a part of many reinsurance/insurance companies as an auditor and for two years as a reinsurance accountant with Aspen Re, a publically traded reinsurer.
Currently, Mr. Perrault is an elected City of Swift Current City Councilor, a board member of Saskatchewan Government Insurance along with many local boards in Swift Current. He is President of his companies Paradise Business Consulting and Paradise Properties.
