Canada’s Chartered Directors
The Directors College is pleased to present Canada’s Chartered Directors. The graduates listed below have completed The Chartered Director Program, an intensive individual examination, and have met the other requirements to become a Chartered Director (C.Dir.)
The Directors College and the Collège des administrateurs de sociétés (CAS) of Université Laval have a reciprocal agreement, whereby their respective designations – Chartered Director (C.Dir.) and Administrateur de sociétés certifié (ASC) are recognized as equivalent.

Mr. Christopher Nutt, C.Dir.
Vice President, Finance, Automodular Corporation
Christopher Nutt is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Automodular Corporation (TSX - AM). Prior to assuming these roles in January, 2012 Mr. Nutt served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Automodular Corporation is a supplier of sub-assembly, sequencing and transportation services to the automotive industry – Ford Motor Company's Oakville Assembly Plant - and the renewable energy industry - Vestas Nacelles A/S. The Company has three operating facilities and employs approximately 600 people.
Before joining Automodular in 2003, Mr. Nutt was a partner at Smith Nixon LLP a mid-sized Toronto based accounting firm and provided assurance, taxation and business advisory services to owner managed businesses and public companies.
Mr. Nutt also serves on the Board of the Whitby Iroquois Soccer Club.
Mr. Nutt graduated from Brock University with a B. Actg (co-op) in 1993. He obtained his Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario in 1993 and his CPA (Illinois) designation in 1995.
