A key role of the chairperson is to conduct highly effective meetings. How a board behaves, and the outcomes resulting from that behaviour, are measures of board effectiveness.
This full-day workshop and theatrical simulation will provide board and committee chairs an opportunity to observe and experience behaviours that lead to effective dialogue and highly effective meetings. You will also gain skills to dispel behaviours that lead to disruptive and ineffective outcomes.
Registration for this one-day program is $1,650 (includes the full-day workshop and theatrical simulation, plus the reception and dinner with address by the keynote speaker).
Chartered Directors are eligible for 8 CPD hours for The Chairs Forum.
